Returns & Refunds

 PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued for items that have been worn, used, or had the packaging opened (unless the item is faulty).

You can return your order at any time up to 28 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email us or write to us.

You do not have to give a reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future.

Upon receipt of the goods in saleable condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and you should ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.


The right to return goods to us, as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

- In the event that the product has been used.

- If you have opened the packaging the product came in.

- If you have defaced the product in any way, e.g. writing on the box it came in.


This Returns policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or have been inaccurately described.


If you feel your order is faulty, please send the item back to us, along with your receipts, via  2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
